DOL Final Rule Raises Federal Contract Minimum Wage to $10.10 per hour

DOL issued its final rule on October 7 implementing President Obama’s Executive Order 13,658 and increasing the minimum wage for workers performing federal service and construction contracts to $10.10 per hour.
