Vandeventer Black Secures Another Success

Vandeventer Black LLP recently secured another successful outcome, defending a bid protest on behalf of its client, MEB Contracting, before the Government Accountability Office.  Pat Genzler and Bill Franczek led the firm’s team.  After eight months before the GAO, and five separate protests by the disgruntled bidder, MEB Contracting won on all protested issues, allowing the company to move forward on a $15M contract at Robbins Air Force Base in Georgia.

This case is another example of Vandeventer Black’s capability and success handling complex commercial matters, as well as the firm’s government construction contracting strength.  For more information about Vandeventer Black’s capabilities, please contact Pat Genzler, Bill Franczek or Cristen Fletcher.
