[In-Person] 2021 Labor & Employment Review & Update

The continuing pandemic workplace is full of challenges, both old and new, in the HR realm. Our attorneys will be providing a full day of educational programs focused on all the emerging legal issues, including the impacts of marijuana in the workplace; the legal and practical sides of diversity, equity, and inclusion policies; the latest in wage and hour law; and employee leave and other issues arising in the age of COVID-19. We’ll help you return to the office knowledgeable and armed with practical and efficient solutions.

The regular price is $200 per person. 


COVID Policy: All attendees and speakers, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask, except when eating or drinking. Please do not attend if you have COVID or COVID symptoms or have been exposed, during the 14 days prior to the event, to someone with COVID. Unvaccinated speakers will be masked while speaking; vaccinated speakers will have the option of removing their masks while speaking. Attendees and speakers will be spaced 6 feet apart and speakers will use separate mics. If you would like to switch your registration to virtual, please let us know as soon as possible at
