Steltenpohl Carter is a seasoned Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate attorney with ample experience in the title insurance industry, allowing her to draw on an immense body of knowledge and skills that will aid in any commercial transaction. She has represented lenders, purchasers, owners, and sellers alike, treating each client to her vast proficiency and understanding of the real estate closing aspects.
Steltenpohl Carter is also experienced in Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy & Collections, Community Associations, and Banking & Finance. She has represented banks in drafting both complex and straightforward loan documents for use in many different commercial transactions, provided strategic guidance to community associations through the foreclosure process, and helped landlords understand the eviction process and the ever-changing legal landscape.
