Brennan Sr. has been included in Virginia Lawyers Weekly (VLW) “Virginia’s Go To Lawyers” group of honorees in Medical Malpractice law. According to VLW, this program recognizes top lawyers across the Commonwealth who are leaders in their field with a long record of success.

Brennan has extensive trial and litigation experience in state and federal courts. He defends physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing home/long-term care facilities, physical therapists, dentists, and all other varieties of Health Law providers against medical malpractice wrongful death, and personal injury claims. Brennan also serves as regional counsel for long-term nursing care companies in Virginia and defends Health Law providers in proceedings before the state professional licensing and disciplinary boards.
