Vandeventer Black LLP attorney Ashley G. Moss has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2019. Moss has been an associate in the Richmond office of Vandeventer Black LLP since 2011 and clerked for the firm in the summers of 2009 and 2010.

Moss concentrates her practice in medical malpractice defense, professional licensing, personal injury defense, and Professional Liability. She routinely represents hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals and business entities in a variety of contexts. She has extensive experience defending malpractice/negligence claims as well as claims for breach of contract, personal injuries, and other litigation. Likewise, she has represented businesses and individuals before administrative bodies and routinely advises and assists clients with professional licensing issues.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, Metro Richmond Women’s Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, Bar Association of the City of Richmond, and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys.
