On Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at Noon, the Hampton Roads Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will hold its annual meeting by Zoom. Chief Judge Davis will give opening remarks, and Judge Novak will be the featured speaker discussing jury trials in the EDVA in the age of COVID-19.
Judge Novak’s speech is particularly timely as he and some of the other judges from the Richmond Division have been hearing certain criminal cases in the Norfolk Division over the past few months.
